编辑本段回目录我是一个积极、主动的人，从小养成吃苦耐劳的性格，立志做成一番事业。二年的工作生涯让我积累了从基础的与人沟通到SEO项目操作、SEO团队管理的经验。我擅长SEO项目的分析、策划、实施以及SEO团队的组建及管理。
我从2007年接触SEO，最初只是个人爱好，自已摸索，到2008年参加工作后，真正接触到SEO的工作后，全心研究SEO。从加盟上海珍岛 SEO部门，和部门一起成长，SEO部门从最初的五个人，发展到现在有80个人。我做了8个月的SEO操作员，遇到过SEO的各种问题，我积极去解决这些问题。到2009年3月，部门达到12人时，部门分部管理，共成立四个分部，每部3人。在此间接受徐维东老师的指点，SEO有很大的提升！到2009年6 月时，部门完成20万的业绩，人员达到15人，成为SEO部门最大的一个分部。到2009年10月，由于公司需要提拔到总裁办担任总裁助理，主要负责公司技术方面的问题，包括公司形象站点的建设、公司业务方面的站群规划及SEO工作。
2010年3月开始，代表总裁办成立公司的线上事业部，负责公司线上广告业务的运营。现在主要职责是：协助总裁处理研发部、SEO部门的技术方面的问题，线上业务站点的运营监控，SEO部门的新员工培训工作（由于SEO经验比较丰富，所以兼任SEO部门的培训讲师，负责SEO部门新员工的培训工作）。
2010年8月，与几个投资人合作创办自已的公司，致力对SEO业务的发展！
